The houses specifications:
- > monolithic steel-concrete construction - designed to endure earthquakes up to 9th stage of the Richter scale;
- > roof construction – isolation from mineral wadding, wooden casing and ceramic tiles;
- > ceramic bricks from Genral Toshevo brick-factory, Bulgaria;
- > outer parget, heat-isolation from polisterol and mineral parget from Baumit Granopor;
- > inner parget – laid by machine - turbosol (special plaster in the parget);
- > in every room there are switches for telephone, Internet and TV;
- > there is infrastructure for alarm installation at key positions;
- > electric installation supplied by a new transformer (underground cables);
- > PVC windowwork – “Golden oak“ colour;
- > ground coat and wall-plaster – the house is ready for inside equipment and decoration;
- > acquired act 16 – the property is legally approved for habitation.
